CLASS DETAILS
Ultimate Ninja Training (7:30-8:30pm)
- 6 Weeks of Class
- Week 1-2: Core obstacle techniques and practice (e.g. Warped Wall, Rings, Rock Wall, Jumping Spider, Quintuple Steps, Rope Swings, etc.)
- Weeks 3-4: More complex movements, connecting obstacles to improve grip endurance
- Weeks 5-6: Ninja courses! Putting these elements together in longer courses for time!
